Treat yourself at our table front of the sea with gourmet courses from Brazil and Europe. Particular attention is paid to the ingredients with fresh organic vegetables, seafood from the peninsula. Most of the sauces, desserts, bread and pastry are prepared on location.

The 2013 menu

• Grilled red fish with Bahia´s curry.
• Chicken emincé with mango, caju nuts and raisins.
• Grilled lobster with fruit cream.
• Shrimp on “plancha”.
• Apple and coconut crumble.
• Dona Sula home made ice-cream.
• Banane flambée with rhum and spices.

Chef Jacy will prepare special courses at your request. Our restaurant is currently regarded as the best one on the peninsula.

Breakfast offers an entirely home-made sweet and salty buffet (bread, fruit preserves, pastry…), fresh fruit juices, and local specialties prepared on the spot (couscous, crepes suzette…).
The wines, temperature-controled in our wine cellar, have been selected with our menu in mind. Do not hesitate to ask Yves for assistance with your selection.
