Right in front of the hotel, fish in the natural fish pools , with a fisherman and his wooden boat or by foot. You may come back with a crab or a fish that we will gladly prepare for your lunch.
In summer, it is common to see a lamentin.

Ten minuts walking from the pousada, you will find the amazing ocean´s beach offereing 38 km of desert white and wild sand borded by palm trees. It is the place that share fishermen and turles, controlled by scientist of gouverment program Projeto Tamar.
During winter, wales coming from Antarctic, are used to come in those waters to give life to their babies.
From the pousada, with a traditional sailing, small motor boat o Hobie cat 14, it is possible to sail throught the estuary waters and watching the fauna and flora of the mangrove and the islands. If you are lucky, you can see a group of local dolphins.
«Sogra» Island, wild and spectacular, offer inumerous withe sandy beaches and a isolated atmophere. You shouyld visit it and see this paradise for migrant birds.
Twenty minuts sailing from Mangue Seco, the traditional fishing village of Crasto, offers you a very interesting sociological and nature half-day tour, with a nice walk in the rain forest and metting with the local fishermen.
The famous and magnificent white sandy dunes of Mangue Secco are right behind the pousada. With a simple walk, they will take you to another planet.
Sunsets and sunrises are specially appreciate from the lighthouse dune.
Canoeing from the hotel, you can paddle trough the great mangrove nearby and observe its fauna and flora.
Buggy tours allow you to discover another tipical village, amazing views and the four differents eco wildlife type that the peninsula offers.
Sport action, emotio and adrenaline are provided by our paragliding flight over the dunes.
